Chile ~week 26

this week was good again, as normal..

i already wrote for tuesday, but i have a little more to write about..

so heres my week:

Tuesday(Night): we found a family of jehovahs witnesses but theyre inactive so thats pretty cool, we also got a phone call that one of our investigators named sandra, she wants to be baptized!

Wednesday: we went to Quidico again, but so we can talk with sandra and her boyfriend Alejandro(member) about baptism, and they didnt know they have to get maried, so now shes second guessing it.. but well see what happens, im sure theyll be married!

Thursday: we were walking around trying to contact, we saw 2 kids look at us and run around the corner, so we went to see what they were doing, we got to the corner and one jumped out and tried to scare us! haha, then a little further his friend did the same! haha both times my comp got scared, but i was brave for both! then that night we went to an evangelical church again! its weird there, but its cool cause everyone comes and welcomes us and thinks its cool that we go!

Friday: we went to Quidico again, for a Noche de Hogar(FHE) and we watched Meet the Mormons. we were there kind of late and we knew we needed to catch a bus, they said there was a bus at 8 and at 9. so at 8 we went to the bus stop, we were waiting... and waiting... and waiting.. we thought the bus might be late.. then it came to be 9, and we decided to ask what time the busses pass by, and a guy told us they dont pass by anymore at night.. so we decided to call alejandro and he drove us home, but we got home really late.. but we were just grateful to be out of the cold and be home!

Saturday: we ended up walking a TON! we did a service in the morning of an old battle fort that was here, we just walked around and picked up trash! we started our 40 day fast! not really fasting for 40 days, we start with a fast, and pray everyday and night for 5 things we want to do better, then we end it with a fast.. so we got pretty hungry from that!

Sunday: Church, and for some reason there was a bunch of people there, probably cause it was a beautiful day.. then at night we found a really nice less active member. she used to be like a mom to the missionaries, so she gave us food and we talked for awhile. shes super nice!
